Active creation (shooting photos/video) is not passive screen time. Most sessions include 30–40 minutes of planning, shooting, and hands-on work, with 10–20 minutes of editing. Viewing and analyzing professional work adds some screen time, but the balance is heavily weighted toward active creation.
